Jamie Clinton is the head chef and co-founder of the acclaimed Leeds restaurant, Shears Yard.

Known for his inventive and Nordic-influenced style of cuisine, Jamie is know as one of the North’s most experimental chefs, combining unlikely (but perfectly matched) flavour combinations, such as gin-cured trout, cucumber ketchup and pork popcorn.
