Whitstable Oyster Festival

Every summer there’s a week-long festival in Whitstable that’s held in the name of oysters.  This past weekend my friends and I made the trip to this little town in Kent to experience what I think makes the perfect summer day – fresh seafood by the English seaside accompanied by crisp prosecco and soft serve ice cream.
